This broker has sold 2 properties for me, and helped me buy 4 investment properties. All of the transactions went wonderfully smooth. If you want a seasoned broker who knows the market, and how to market agressively, they are the ticket. It's great to work with someone who makes a transaction smooth from start to finish, and is not learning the business on my transactions. I know who I can trust for my next transaction. Sounds like one of the reviewers is disappointed his home did'nt sell, wonder how overpriced it was? \r
