Review content:
After 9 years of seeing our 2 children, they could not solve a cronic cough that my daughter had for longer than 2 years. I took it upon myself to request a chest exray referal to be done at the hospital. They insisted she come in once again to be seen before they would write the referal. After urguing I had no choice and went in for yet other friutless visit. So they would be able once more over charge our insurance. Then I requested all of my childrens records to be transfered to a new doctor of our choice. First they said fine, a fee of $10.00 would have to be paid, I agreed. A week later they called and said we could pick up the records, the cost now was $103.25. I called and told them to stick the records where the sun doesn't shine. A week later a message was left by a new office manager named Susan, apolagizing. Said she did not agree with current policy and transfered the records free of charge. To her who I have never met, I commend her for standing up and making that change. For the doctors, they need a lesson in customer service. Susan I thank you. \r
