I've been going to this practice now for 12 years. Today is the day I've decided to change practices. I absolutely loved our doctor, however I can't take the over charging of insurance anymore. Today we had an appointment there and one particular nurse was extremely rude/mean to my 2 1/2 year old boy. My son refused to get on the scale and SHE (the nurse) decided to make fun of him and said this (in a stern way) ""if you don't stand on that scale then I will pick you up myself and put you on the baby scale""!! My son started to cry and acted scared. The nurse actually came over to my baby and picked him up to force him onto the scale!!! I finally told her that it was enough. I told the office manager and reported her immediately. That's not all!! After our appt was finished we checked out, while checking out the office lady told me I had a balance (which I was not aware of), she told me in front of other parents that I was going to be sent to collections!! They found out later that they had made a mistake about my ""balance""!
Pros: Dr. Oniciu was great.
Cons: Over charges insurance, rude nurse (named Patti).
