I went to the Cutting Crew for a blowout and manicure before a wedding and it was the worst experience I have ever had in a salon. I have never before written a review, but felt compelled to do so in this case in order to warn people away from this place. First, although I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment, my service did not start until almost 20minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment (so I waited for over half an hour). Then, when I informed the stylist that I nolonger had time for both services, the owner of the salon began to berate me, saying that it was only ten minutes past my scheduled appointment (it was 20 minutespast at thispoint) and that I had to have time for both services since I had booked them. When I insisted that I did not have time, because I needed to leave for the wedding, she responded ""whatever"" and left the salon. This left my stylist alone in the salon to do my hair as well as answer the phone and deal with walk-in customers, so a blowout that should have taken half an hour took nearly an hour. Please,please save yourself the trouble and go to any other salon on the island!
