First if you expect to get called in to see your doctor dont...expect a long wait..espically for Dr Owens. Billing...always check your bill for errors or balance billing. You can call Holly in billing who is the supervisor...do not expect a call back or any type of response. Lab people pretty good and fast..not friendly...but efficient. Switch board has improved but still hard to get through when the snow birds are here. My doctor, who I liked, put me in the hospital, and never ordered my blood gloucose to be checked. My blood sugars are out of control and no monitoring. No longer at this clinic. Still like my doctor but cant risk my life just because I like her. Like other reviews there are some really rude people working there...especially at the check in desks and billing.
