Review content:
This medical facility was the absolute worse experience in my entire fifty plus years bar none. One of the gatekeepers was both rude and prone to \r exaggeration. When I could not perform an urine analysis when asked, that particular staff member was both considerate and understanding, allowing me to drink \r some water whilst mentioning that it happened frequently and that there was plenty of time to complete it later. I requested my prescribed medication at least three \r times from two different people and was denied all three times. The extreme pain kept my mind from focusing during a medical history interview and a self described \r office manager took over. She showered me with accusations and continuously raised her voice berating me like an errant child. At one point literally hollering at me, \r ""This area is the worst in the nation for drug addicts! If you don't believe me read the paper!"" When she stormed out of the exam room telling another member, \r ""Tell him he is free to GO!"", I left the empty room in my wheelchair and exited the building. Getting that wheelchair into the back of a pickup by myself is very difficult. \r Apparently my crippled self was not moving fast enough for them because a Morristown police officer arrived saying, amongst other things, that 'they don't want you \r on the property'.\r That police officer was the friendliest most compassionate individual I had seen all day. I did have X-rays, nerve studies, and doctor's reports that they \r refused to review. Regardless of how many junkies, dope fiends, and malingering frauds that facility encounters, it does NOT give them the right to berate and \r humiliate a veteran that is crippled and saddled with a legitimate need for pain medication. \r
