Review content:
I relocated to Seattle from Colorado and did not know the area. On one of my visits to the area I meet Anne Burke a real estate agent at a coffee shop as I was asking for directions. She knew so much about different areas we spoke for 20 minutes and she grabbed a map-book from her car and highlighted a route for me to drive. It was a great meeting for a stranger visiting Seattle she was so nice and helpful, I think that sold me on Seattle.\r

I met Anne ( and she says her name on-nee) on my next trip to Seattle. She picked me up from my hotel and we spent the day sight seeing, she wasnt pushing me to buy a house, she wanted me to feel comfortable about the area. Seattle vs Bellevue vs Edmonds vs Renton. Asking me questions about what I like to do when I am not working, what I do for fun, what are my future plans. I think Anne is the best tour guide for seattle ever, she knows old Seattle history, names of every skyscrapper, the social scene, hints on markets, banking, where to fix my car, a dentist, where to eat, best happy hours, things to do. \r

I finally settled in Ballard because I work downtown, I wanted to bike to work and bike for fun. I am close to the Burke-Gilman trail that takes me to other parts of the city. I did not want the burbs. I wanted to walk to a pub or shopping.\r

Anne was very patient and exstreamly knowledgable about real estate and mortgages. She is a great negotiator that is very determined to get the best deal. Anne also has experience in contruction and has a team assembled to take care of a house top to bottom for a good discount. Her husband builds million dollar homes, but had no problem coming out to help fix my little city cottage and even was teaching me things to do to my home. They are a great team.\r
\r
A week after I moved in Anne brought me a rebate check for $5,500 !!!\r
She offers a cash back at closing bonus for buyers. I got a great deal on my house and this made it even better.\r
\r
I moved in a few weeks ago, Anne continues to check in on me and offer Seattle advice and invites to events or introductions. I feel like I have been adopted.\r
\r
If you need a true Seattle Real Estate agent call Anne Burke she is the BEST. \r
