These people are not cheap in regards to cost, their work is extremely unproffesional and below par of the lowest standards and there is no ""Service Guarantee"" as they claim. I took my laptop there to replace a lose DC power jack, and I even ordered the part myself from the internet so all they would have to do is open it and replace the part. This is a very normal laptop promblem and it should be a piece of cake for any computer, but they not only did not fix the lose DC jack, they made it worse and while fixing it they damaged my wireless card and my speakers which dont work anymore. When I asked them about the service guarantee they said the parts were ""probably"" not working from before, and refused to take responsibilty for the damage they caused as well as the problem they never fixed. As I said, avoid at all costs.
Cons: Not really competent to fix or repair anything. Probably would be able to install some bacic software or hardware.
