Daycare fails to address professional misconduct. A teacher had an affair with the father of two of the students and yet continues to work there with no disciplinary action or changes in policy that would help prevent this from happening again. This jeopardizes children in the areas where they are most vulnerable, their home and family life and the foundation for their well-being and security. Children remain at risk in this institution.
