""One and Only BBQ? is now my favorite BBQ restaurant in Memphis . That?s a lot to say in a town that is known for its great BBQ. It?s still small enough that the owners know most of their patrons by name, but they have the experience to handle large caterings with ease. In fact, after eating there regularly for several months, I decided to use their catering service for my company of 110 people. They bring our lunch out twice a month and it?s been a huge sucess. My employees love it. My favorite?.twice baked potato salad, green beans and of course a plate of dry ribs.
Pros: quick service and consistency in taste
