I have been with State Farm for over 14 years and with Traci's office specifically for the past 8 years once moving back to the city in 2004 from out-of-state. Not only do I have my home, personal liability and auto insurance through Traci's office, 2 years ago I moved several of my 401k's from previous employers into a State Farm IRA account. Traci is truly a full service agent who treats every customer as if their her only client. Living in the city, I have had to take several claims out for minor damage to my vehicle usually caused by inconsiderate drivers who don't know how to parallel park but in addition a hit and run incident on the freeway a few years back. Traci's office has always managed all my claims with expedience and professionalism. Every year without fail, I get a personal call from Traci to review my investment accounts along with my insurance coverage to determine if anything needs to be updated or changed due to life events or a change in my financial/investment goa
