i decided to give incredible carpet care a try because they are certified by the institute of inspection carpet and rug cleaning and because of their competitive prices. i am originally from the atlanta area and i know that if you are certified, you have made a pledge to uphold standards and perform professionally on every job and they did exactly that. they came in and assesed the stains and other concerns that i had about my carpet and advised me of the services that i needed. they did a wonderful job on cleaning my carpet and it was almost dry when they left. the radio stations in atlanta advertise not to use a cleaning company if they are not certified. i am glad i choose incredible carpet care and i surely did say,"THANKS MR. INCREDIBLE."
