I'm not going back and I'm not encouraging my friends to either.\r \r Half of my stationary was smudged, it was done in the wrong color, and there was a minor typo. They used my cards that I brought in, and never apologized for the errors.\r \r When I pointed out the problems, I said "I know it sounds small..." and the girl said "yeah." Then I said "..And I know it sounds stupid..." and her response was "Yeah, it DOES a little." I didn't get the feeling that they took pride in customer service. The girls were all making faces at each other when I came in, and I was very uncomfortable. The owner also never apologized for the problem or asked me what happened, even though I had called ahead of time and asked for the opportunity to explain it to her. To be fair, they did give me half off when I pointed out the flaws, and printed on a few more of my cards to replace the smudged ones.\r \r The cards were fixed, but I will find another place to do business from now on.
