As a property manager, I've had experience dealing with this company over a period of time in addition to having been a customer at my home. I've noticed last couple years it has been very difficult to deal with them. Recently had a problem on a property I manage with an owned system which was rebuilt about 2 years ago for $700+. Earlier this year it was leaking (another $200). This time the mineral tank had to be replaced for over $500. I was told by their rep, Karen, that service call fee of $86 would be waived if we replaced this tank. This repair was attempted on 2 occasions without success. Second time they arrived without correct size tank. Replaced on third try. When I requested bill, it included $86 service fee, but this time called "truck charge." I questioned it with Danny in service dept to no avail, asked for owner. Kurt called who is service manager who said he would present to general manager, Bill London.
