Irecently rented a limo from Royal Treatment Limousine. The vehicle was great and the customer service was refreshing! It seems like in these times people forget how to provide good customer service but this was not the case with Royal Treatment! I first called to ask if I could look at the vehicle so that I could check them out before renting. The office manager was very accommodating, even stayed late to make sure that I could make it. I went to the office, looked over the many vehicles that were in good condition and clean inside and out.\r \r The driver showed up on my date and was about 10 minutes early, saying that they would rather be 10 minutes early than on minute late. She opened the door every time my party got in and out of the vehicle and always had a smile on her face!\r \r I think more times than not people only write reviews to complain and not to compliment.
