When I went in I told them I already started online but I had one question as to why with biz taxes... why was I getting less. No one seemed to know the answer without me setting an appointment, so I did. At this place they just put you to who is next available. Over an hour later we were almost done, she was doing the same online form I was doing at home. Every question I asked she didn't know the answer and had to go ask a supervisor. After the 3rd or 4th question the supervisor finally came over to finish up. 2 hours later I got my answers. I did not file with them. I did it myself online for free. But they sure did waste a lot of my time. Then they keep calling the house even though I told them I already filed. I finally spoke with a manager and again told him to take me off their "calling list". They finally did. Even if you have many tax deductions or biz tax to be done... go somewhere else!!!
