As a female, it's difficult to deal with a lot of auto repair places because some mechanics think it's ok to try to rip us off thinking we don't know anything about cars. I'm glad I found Mitch's shop because he absolutely is not like that. He understands that it's better to treat customers well and do quality work instead of screwing people over just to make an extra few bucks.\r \r I brought my car to him to have the ac repaired the day before a road trip to Florida. He got it back to me the in less than 24 hours and the repair came in to be half the price of what I expected. Price wise, he is very competitive - if not lower than most others. He doesn't mark up the parts and sold me my parts for much less than the Honda parts counter at the dealership was going to charge me retail. \r \r As long as I am in Raleigh, I will take my car to him and recommend him to anyone that needs auto repair. \r \r Please note that his shop has moved across the street into the Bull Tire building - 101
