Review content:
This is a very classy place to dine. They have excellent food, it is a bit pricey but worth every penny. The second time we went there we had an issue with our reservations and was told that our other party was not there. We had just spoke with them on the cell phone and they were inside seated. This was quite embarrassing considering it was Saturday night asnd there was a long line behind us. We eventually went on in and found our waiting party seated. The dinner was great moving forward from there.
The next day I e-mailed the corprorate office and explained what happened. Monday I received a phone call from them and the man was VERY apologetic. He said the next dinner was on them and I received a very valuable gift card in the mail two weeks later. They take customer complaints very serious.
