Review content:
My husband and I both do our service (tires/oil changes) at this store for 3 years or so. We will never go back...Mr.Tires has lost our business. About a year ago, all my rotors were replaced ($700+). Since then, I had to go back and get my brakes fixed 4 times and they just replaced my front rotors again($509). Each time I returned for the brakes, they didn't know why they weren't working properly and put a new set on. Finally, they were working correctly. This time, the manager told me my "calipers were sticking and that is why I had premature brake wear." When I brought up the repetitive repairs in the past year, he tried to blame it on my commute to work (300 miles) per week. I also get the 5000mile oil change and every time I have to walk back in and get the sticker corrected from 3000 to 5000 and they never remember to reset my oil change warning message. Obviously, I am being taken advantage of and we will never, ever go to any Mr.Tires again.
