Review content:
With just weeks till our wedding, Wheat messed up BOTH of our wedding rings. The owner ordered mine too small, even after I called him back to confirm with them that my engagement ring was a size larger. They did a horrible job on the engraving in his ring--the letters were overlapping! When I pointed this out, they took it to the back room and visibly scratched off the engraving and did it again (poorly). I didn't notice till I got it home that there were sharp barbs now on the inside of his ring that would have cut his finger if he had put put it on like that!! I took it back again, the manager, Archie, got to me first and would not acknowledge that there was any problem, but he held onto it for Kevin Wheat, the OWNER, to look at. When I came back for the ring, they had buffed the sharp spots out (again, obvious). Kevin Wheat lied to my face!! He said that he never saw any evidence of scratching, sharp edges, etc on the ring. Come on now--someone who is supposed to be able to certify
