Review content:
We recently had a death in our family, and had previously utilized this florist for routine orders. However, this was the death of a close family member and we had very specific requirements for a funeral spray, pillow corsage and vase of cut flowers. We made a personal visit to the florist, talked to the owner, and outlined our order in detail. One of the items we requested was very simple: a ribbon that said Mother was to be placed on the spray. The gentleman indicated that it was not used much anymore, but we specificed that we did not care, as that was what we wanted. He said no problem, it's your money and we will do as you request. He not only added the ribbon request to the order, but charged us extra. To our disappointment, when we arrived at the funeral home, there was no ribbon. It was too late to contact the florist, so we called him the next morning. I told him I was very disappointed and it would have been diffiferent it we had not made a personal visit to meet w
