No wonder Bill only used his last initial...S... Because he is full of it. Perhaps he was at the office during a particularly busy day, or maybe even during an emergency that Dr. Best needed to attend to immediately. I have been taking my dogs there for over 3 years, one that is being treated for epilepsy, which is not a pretty sight. Dr. Best tried everything prior to prescribing phenobarbitol, for fear that it does shorten the dogs life span. I once asked Dr. Best if he would do a DNA test on my mutt, and rather than charge me the $150 or so for the test, he simply said " I can tell you what kind of dog you have.... he is the perfect mixed-breed dog". That's all I needed to know....\r
