Review content:
My dog needed enough pain meds to get through to when I will be putting him to sleep soon. I went in and told them I needed a refill, they said Dr Best was out of town but they said they would ask the fill in vet. They said I might have to bring my dog in for an appointment to get the meds even though I spend $115 on an office visit 10 days earlier. I told them I wasn't willing to pay for another office visit and they said they would ask if he would refill it. An hour and 15 minutes later the fill in vet came out, talked to me for 2 mins and filled the prescription. After I checked out I realized they charged me an office visit!!!! The clerk kept saying "you have to pay anytime you talk to the vet" which has never happened before. The office staff was insensitive, as usual. Dr. Best is always very generous but every time I check out the clerk has tried to maximize the charges. Had I not been crying from grief of losing my dog soon, I would have caught it before my card was charged. D
