They are very trustworthy people. I have been doing business with them for quite some time and Have never been disappointed. Its the best pawn shop in the area. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have had problems with other pawn shops in the new haven area and express is the only place I trust now. They pay the best prices too! Most of the time they will ask me what I need to borrow and will lend it to me even if the pawned items aren't worth as much. I strongly suggest everyone to go there and guarantee you will leave feeling good and not disappointed or ripped off.
