Businiess name:  Nakama Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar

Review content:
A friend and I love sushi - we have experienced rolls, sashimi, tataki, etc. in many restaurants from South Florida to Seattle. She found an advertisement for Nakama in the airline magazine during her trip here to visit me, so we decided to give it a try (I recently relocated here from Florida). If this is the best sushi in Pittsburgh (as some members claim), I'd sure hate to experience the worst!! The sushi was 'satisfactory' in quality, but hardly generous. The service was acceptable, but nothing to write home about. The location is, of course, the gentrified Southside, which has remnants of character. The ambiance was nice, but again, nothing to write home about. My friend notified the waiter about a mosaic of chewing gum stuck under the sushi bar that was plainly visible from our table. Brings doubt to mind about the cleanliness of the place. The factor that brings me to my 'Wouldn't recommend' rating is the cost. This sushi was more expensive than any we've had in recent
