What a horrible company! Our entire experience with them has been awful! My advise avoid doing business with them. \r

Our car was in a terrible accident and was towed to their shop. Just a few hours after the accident (after seeking medical care) we went to the shop to pick up our personal belongings in the vehicle. To our surprise some things were missing. Electronic cables and a roll or quarters. We searched the car hoping that it had just been knocked loose from the accident, but none of it was to be found. However, all of our pennies and nickels were right where they were before the accident. We questioned the front desk whether the vehicle had been to another tow company before it got to their paint and body shop and the answer was no. So, within 4 hrs of the accident and one tow truck driver, things had been taken out of the glove box, which was still in tack, and out of the change drawer.
