I just had my truck painted and the paint looked good, but there were paint spots from over spray on the rest of my truck that they claim could not have happened at their shop. I thought that was pretty funny considering they admitted that there are instances of this happening and their Dupont Rep. who happened to be at the shop at the time stated two different times that he could not say for sure that it wasn't their product, the owner still insisted that there was no way it was their fault. However, the owner did promise that he would remove the paint spots and said if we brought our truck back they would take care of it immediately. We brought our truck back as soon as we got off the phone with the owner and it sat in their lot all afternoon and they never took care of the paint spots. They have been paid for work that we are not satisfied with. I quess once you pay them, you are out of luck if you are not satisfied. The owner assured me that they are a top notch business and that
