14 days after the blizzard they still had not shoveled out enough parking spaces for customers, so as I stop to ask where I should park, I'm greeted with "you can't park here!" and directed to an adjacent storefront parking space. The owner of that business was not pleased with this and I was forced to move again. I came in for tires having made an appointment two days earlier. I have never purchased hazard insurance in 30 years of car ownership and my dealer does my alignment. \r

Without asking me first, Melvin prints out an estimate including alignment and hazard insurance and then scuffed at me when I told him that I was not interested and wanted only the tires installed. He still insisted on giving me the sales pitch as if I had no understanding of wheel alignment or hazard insurance. \r

About an hour later with my car in the air with wheels removed and old tires removed from wheels, Melvin tells me that the tires I ordered are not in stock and that it will take about hour to
