This place is wonderful. It's a you take your computer apart, they diagnosis the problem step by step and once its found, you install your new parts or software. They do tend to get busy and first thing in the morning you will notice lines waiting to get in. I have been in line at 0915 for their 10 am opening and have been number 3 in line. Be sure to bring your operating software and a book or something to keep you busy during the times your computer is running status configurations. Well worth the wait though considering you are not paying for any labor charges , and just the hardware your system needs.
If however you do not have the time or desire to work on your own system, they will do it for you with appropriate labor chares and will get it back sooner than some of their major national competitors.
