I needed to get my engagement ring re-sized, and I'd seen positive reviews of Bucci's so I called and spoke with Joe who was so nice and told me to stop by that afternoon. I was told by other jewelers that it would take a few weeks to resize my ring (I needed it done in less than a week), so when Joe said it would only take 30 minutes or an hour I asked if this was too good to be true -- he reassured me it wasn't, that the other places send pieces out to jewelers and they do everything in-house. Joe, his staff, and even the other customers were friendly and welcoming. Louie re-sized my ring and he was such a friendly professional. I have crazy small hands, and not only did he not make any stupid jokes about the small size, he spoke with me to make sure I ended up with the best fit. In just an hour he re-sized and clean the ring right up, and I'm so happy with the price and service. I'll definitely go back for maintenance, and hopefully fun purchases!
