Being the first time ever buying an engagement ring (a very meaningful and expensive purchase), I had no clue how to pick out a ring, let alone all the different diamonds, cuts, shapes etc. I first went to jewelers row in philly to start my search for an e-ring. To my dismay, they weren't very helpful, very pressuring, and only cared about quantity and not the quality of the ring. I was then referred to Joe Bucci. Immediately from the moment I walked in, he was very friendly, informative and straight forward with me. He guided me through the process and helped me design a one of a kind, gorgeous engagement ring. He stayed within my budget and delivered the ring on the date he promised. I highly recommend him to any of my friends and he now has a life-time customer.\r
