I was shopping around for an engagement ring at several different stores for a few weeks. I went to Joe Bucci in essentially the 9th inning and immediately felt comfortable talking about different options and custom ideas my girlfriend had in mind. It was an straight up, honest, no pressure, no games conversation which was a HUGE change of pace from the ?sales? conversations I was dealing with at many other stores. I had planned on proposing during an upcoming trip to Greece and Joe was more than willing to stay at his shop later on some days while I raced there after work to talk about next steps and review options. Long story short, he did an AMAZING job making a custom band, and it looks PERFECT with the diamond we picked out. I honestly couldn?t be happier with the experience and the end result. My fiance and I love the ring, and we will be going back to Joe in the future, without a doubt. \r
