I purchased my fiancee's engagement ring from Joe in June and could not be more happy with it. He was straightforward with the whole process and was always willing to meet my needs. I really wanted two little sidestones mounted where it seemingly could not be done, but he had two metal triangular designs put on so that the two extra stones could be affixed. Also, Bucci is always willing to help with maintenance, cleaning, and all kinds of value-adds that most places nickel and dime for. Pricing is competitive for a jewelry store and definitely below chain-retail levels. Joe literally gave me his cell number so that I could reach him whenever, which you would never get at a chain or larger store. Dawn (sp?) is also really great to work with. Definitely highly recommended!
