I was strongly considering the medical assistant program at Concorde Jacksonville Fl. For starters the admissions personnel seem to process people out of their office like they were cattle. I was in the admission reps office for over 2 hours and she kept getting phone calls, leaving to check on people taking tests etc. I did not feel like I was getting her prompt attention. I had seen another rep there previously but within a month he had left their employment.\r As for the financial aid--the rep there just told me to get a pin #, and fill out forms over the internet, I told her I needed assistance and she said I had to do this on my own! They also told me not to tell any other school that I even had a pin #. \r \r Although the class schedule totally fits my lifestyle, I have read these reviews and asked other people who have graduated from concorde and/or are doing their externship, and have gotten many reviews against this school. It's a big and expensive step---be careful who you
