They claim that they buy used cars and swear that they give you a better offer than a dealership would...\r They are a joke. I brought in a 1999 F-250 utility, motor in good shape and paint was dull but overall a good truck and serviced well. KBB value was $2800 in fair condition, and their website came up with the same value. I even selected the extra options like "needs body work of 3000 or less" and that the paint was "damaged" just to find the 'ballpark' minimum value before I went there. Their "value calculator" on the site still came up with KBB "fair" condition value of $2800\r When I got there and they drove it around wasted my gas and looked under the hood for less than 15 seconds. I waited for them to take turns sharing use of their 1 user license estimating software. Otherwise I'm not sure why the guy had to ask if anyone esle was using the program before he started using it, but anyway pretty sad.\r So he rights up his papers and talks to his pimp, and comes back with an offer
