Review content:
Last Halloween my machine bobbin got out of sync just a few days before Halloween while my sons costume was still not finished. I took my machine to B&L and they fixed it like new in just a few days. Since there are minimum repair costs it is a bit pricey but no more than any other sewing repair shop and they explained everything to me. Hopefully I won't need sewing machine repair any time soon, but if I do, I will be back to B&L.
