I hired them to install a new roof and they were TERRIBLE! I had to call them back three times. First time they had to remove 10+ garbage bags of debris dropped into my attic, and the second time to fix a leak around a roof vent installed which had been cut. The last time I called them back because of leaking around where my dual roof's meet. Mr. Allen told me that the leaking around where the roof's met was due to bad siding and agreed to fix it for a price. I called several times to schedule and did not get a response. I got several estimates to fix the problem after this and was told by every contractor(six) that the leaking was due to Allen roofing not replacing 30+year old flashing allowing water to run dow between the walls. There were even places where there was no flashing at all! Each contractor advised me that the overall roofing job was completed very badly!
