Staff did not assist in showing where my two children should go. My son's toddler class turned out to be a play area with zero instruction. My daughter couldn't do most of what the kids in her class were practicing so she spent the majority of time on the floor watching. She was in tears when we left. I decided to try to get a refund...watch out for the owner! She was quite abrupt! She eventually agreed to refund me less than half of what I paid, but then never followed through with the payment. I called back and the office personel stated she "kind of remembered" something about the situation and agreed to send the partial refund (she knew the amount). Needless to say, she was as dishonest and untrustworthy as the owner as I still have not received the promised refund. Newcomers BEWARE of this business, DISAPPOINTING AND DISHONEST!!!!
