I called and asked a question re: an issue with my furnace and the gentleman who answered the phone was short and indifferent to my concern. I asked him what his first available appt. was and he stated it was a day or so out. Since I had a large amount of water on my floor I asked if there was any possibility of him coming sooner. He responded by saying put some towels around it and it won't leak water and continued in a long rude version of why. I called another place in town and scheduled with them instead.
