The staff is very helpful and knowledgable. The store has a great selection for all major sports, fitness, and bean bag boards. Personally, my experience there was very positive. I was simply shopping around for a treadmill for my mother. I was not looking to buy anything that day. I had gone to Sears, TSA, and Dicks and their salespeople were so pushy and insisted I buy the $1000 treadmill for my 85 year old mother. But at Play It Again, I was greeted by the store supervisor (Jim P) who was very friendly right off the bat. He informed me about how the store works with trading sports equipment in and if I had anything to bring it in. Even though I didn't, he showed me treadmills that fit my budget and my needs. He realized my mother simply needed a treadmill to walk on for 20 minutes a day, not train for a marathon. I ended up buying a brand new treadmill with a lifetime warranty for $500 that day and he offered to personally deliver it that night and build it for $60. He wa
