I have lived in Vancouver for a year and never went to the Stardust Diner because I was not sure it was open! Their parking is on the back side, out of view, you cannot really see through the windows on the street side and more importantly their really great sign on top of the diner is not lit up! BUT.....I discovered it was open and I went for lunch their today and was I surprised. The interior is bright, perfectly designed like the diners from the '50's that I remember right down to the chrome table and chairs with wonderful blue plastic seats! The decor is just right, not over the top. Just enough memorabilia. Very clean and looks new. The food was wonderful, prices good and waitress was very friendly. My only suggestion, turn on your wonderful exterior sign (maybe it is on at night?) I will go back!
