Well, I'm not one to just trash people, so you be the judge. I dropped off a simple broken window on May 7th. It is now June 1st and I STILL don't have it. They don't bother to call me to tell me anything, although they promise they will. It's up to me to stay on them to do THEIR job? and it takes almost a month? (so far!) To add insult to injury, this average, normal, not a special order, glass in a vinyl window costs me $180 BUCKS! - Wow! I don't know how this place stays in business. Never again.
