I have been going there for about 8 years now and I've noticed a decline in the overall service there. My experience with the doctors have been good, but the front office is not very helpful or organized. \r
Recently (7/16/08), I had one of my cats in to find out why her breathing was so labored. After the exam/consult, I was told there would be an X-Ray, blood drawn and lab work - not a very detailed rundown of services until I got the bill. There was no estimate given of the procedures being done before I left the office (I had to leave my cat there because they couldn't attend to her until much later), no follow up call on her condition, and a rather annoyed demeanor from the office manager when I asked for explanations of the services and their costs. After all this, and a bill exceeding $800, I still need to go to someone else to get an ultra-sound (recommended by the doctor) and to find the cause of the initial problem. \r
