They honestly don't even deserve one star.\r

The staff is incredibly snobby. I set up an appointment to have a consultation and laser hair removal on the same day. Apparently this is not a normal practice, so right off the bat, I was told that I was given a special privilege, so I guess I should have felt lucky. I was then made to sit through a "consultation" (which is really a ploy to pressure you to purchase more services). During this time I also revealed that I would be using a Groupon for my services. After telling the consultant what areas I would like treated, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $150 for two treatments that were INCLUDED in the Groupon. What?! I was told that I should have read the fine print. Yes, I did that, and I called to confirm before my appointment! If you're not going to honor the Groupons that people purchased, why the heck would you sign your business up for this?! I'm pretty sure that's going to lead to a lot of pissed of custome
