Review content:
Besides it being big and spacious, with lots of books, it's clean and accommodating. Lots of places for you to sit and relax and peruse through reading material. I asked customer service about a book, only knowing what it was about and he knew right away which book I was describing and went to the 2nd floor and brought it down to me instead of me going up to get it! Now that's first class treatment. You can also order cheesecake from next door, Cheesecake Factory, and it will be delivered to you!
