Review content:
We rented a tuxedo and shoes for prom. Her staff failed to give us the shoes at the time of pick-up. My did not have the shoes we prepaid for prom. When I requested a refund of the shoes, they refused to give us one and said it was our fault. I have several wedding events coming up and will NOT return there, but will drive to Charlotte instead.
