Review content:
I just call a branch of H and R Block Located in Atascocita to ask one question. The person had no clue of what the answer to my question was and stated the reason was because it's the first day of tax season and just is not ready. Then she asked if there was anything else she could help me with and I replied no, so she just hung up the phone without a good-bye, have a nice day, or any other closing remark. Bottom line, poor business practice.
