We set up our cat for boarding here and regret it...\r First off, they overcharged us for the kennel. I called and got a quote from them ahed of time and after my friend dropped him off I saw on the reciept the amount was twice what I was quoted. After several frustrating phone calls, they admitted to charging for the wrong size kennel. I wasn't even offered an apology for the mixup. \r They were not very friendly when I picked my cat up, he was very fat when I got him back (I don't know for sure if they followed my feeding instuctions). I could tell the girls were glad to be rid of him; not a very welcome feeling there at all. I won't be going back, I'd rather spend a few extra dollars and take him to the Petsmart Hotel or somewhere else where they are friendly and you can tell they care about your pet.
