Kind information for the Department of Human Health Services. I never had this type of food in my life. Gopuram taste of india gives the old food which has already cooked. For example the south indian food IDLY which they coocked and kept in the refridgerator once the order is placed they re-heat in the microwave and the coconut chutney is made a week before bcoz it has a different smell in it.Sambar is also cooked weekly once i think so bcoz in the afternoon time the actual color is changed which is kept in buffet.\r

Like wise Basmati Rice, Lemon Rice, Chicken Biriyani is all cooked once in two days every time they reheat in microwave and kept in the buffet the reason behind this is during the lunch hour around 3 pm bottom of the rice gets dry. Freshly cooked quality rice will never have this type of problems. Desserts like Gulab Jamun, Gajjar Halwa(Carrot Halwa) these also they make twice in a month. The actual gajjar halwa have the softness but here is hard. I took the halwa once
