If zero stars were an option, I'd select that instead.\r
Firstly, I called and asked for a quote to get a watch engraved and when I arrived they charged me double without a cohesive explanation. If that weren't bad enough, when I went to pick up the engraved watch they couldn't find it. After a few minutes of frenzied search, they showed me the watch. They had engraved the back of it instead of the front without informing me prior even though I gave them my telephone number when I dropped it off. I asked for roman numeral 4 (IV) but instead they engraved 6 (VI). The attendant assured me that there was an easy way to fix these things, but I wonder why such a process even exists. Is their staff that incompetent?\r
When the attendant informed the man who does the engraving, he quiet audibly said "S--t!". I do not go to a jewelery store to hear profanity.\r
They told me they could quickly remedy the problem within the next two days, but when called said they'd "do the best they could" and yet
